Reservations
We suggest calling in advance to ensure availability. A credit card or valid Ki Spa gift certificate number is required for all reservations. Please inform your spa coordinator if you are pregnant or require special assistance.
Arrival Time
Please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete our client profile sheet. Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by muting cell phones & other communication devices. We regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled service time. Late arrivals will be responsible for full service fee.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule services we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice. For cancellation day of service you will be responsible for a fee of $25.00 per hour of service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fees.
Group Events
For parties of 3 or more, there is a 20% group fee, which includes a 10% therapist gratuity.”][pure_heading title=”Return Policy” title_size=”fz-36″ sub_title=”To return an item, a purchase receipt is required and must be within 30 days. A store credit for the returned item will be applied to your account. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, nor are they redeemable for cash.
Jewelry & Valuables
Please leave all jewelry and valuable at home as we are not able to take responsibility for valuables that are lost or stolen.
Age Requirements
The spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. Guests must be at least 12 years old to be permitted in the service or treatment room areas. Please arrange for child care prior to your visit. Guests under the age of 18 require written parental consent.
Spa Therapist
All Ki Spa therapists must meet all state certification and licensing requirements as defined by the governing state boards. Your reservations coordinator can provide you with an up- to-date listing of our team professionals and their license numbers.
