Can I request a Male or Female Therapist?
Yes. Our professional team of Ki Spa therapists, both male and female, are trained to protect your privacy and insure a safe and comfortable environment during your spa treatment. However, please let our reservations coordinator know if you have a gender preference and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatments?
Please be assured that therapists are trained to drape towels and or sheets discreetly over any area of your body not included in the treatment, protecting your privacy at all times. However, if you prefer, undergarments may be worn. Disposable undergarments are available upon request.
Where do I put my belongings while I am in service?
When visiting the spa for more than one service, we will provide you with a locker, robe, and slippers. Most guests having individual treatments prefer to change in the treatment room where they receive their service; however, please let your therapists know if you would prefer to have a locker. As a reminder, please leave all valuables at home as we can not be responsible for lost items or items left in a robe pocket.
Can I shower before or after my service?
Yes. Our shower facilities are limited, so please let your reservation coordinator know if you wish to shower before or after your service so that we can include it on your schedule to ensure availability.
Should I leave my Ki therapist a gratuity and in what monetary form?
Gratuity is a the client’s discretion. Tips are very much appreciated but not expected. Therefore, should you decide in favor of a gratuity, it can be added to your credit/debit card or left as cash upon checkout at the front desk.
What kind of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa/MasterCard/Debit/Amex/Discover for your convenience.
We do not accept checks.
